- Public bus service and tramway direct for all directions right just at 100 meters. Public car park house open 24/24, 365/365, with supervision at a few steps. Central bus station and central raylway station at 10 minutes by foot, or per public transportation or per taxi.

How is it inside ?

- One bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 centimeters for 1 or 2 persons + big wall-cupboard. Very bright room in front of a nice office building.
- A second big room to stay and/or to eat, and/or to sleep with various pieces of furniture, family table to seat 6 to 8 persons, international TV , a large sofa to seat 3 or 4 persons and very easy to change into a comfortable bed for 2 persons. Very bright room with a big window and a french window to go out to the balcony all along the bedroom and the livingroom
- A separate kitchen with microwave and city gas cooking, refrigerator, sink, cooking potery and dishes. Clothes washing machine, cleaning tools. Big window above the sink and a french window opens to the second balcony with large view on the city-roofs, over a quiet back-yard
- A bathroom with basin and tub, iron and iron board
- A separate independant WC
- The entrance with private bell distributes directly to each of above rooms, so that two professionnal colleagues can easily share the apartment: one room for each person and kitchen, bathroom and WC to share.
Comfort :
- Very bright apartment, quite large with 50 sqm to live, bright walls, furniture and general equipment with very correct level, a little bit old in the kitchen. Full recent furniture (October 2008) in the bedroom and partially new in the main room. Recent high quality plastic floor.(March 2008) These recent changes do not yet appear on pictures below: it's still the old equipment
- Central heating with radiators
- All windows with up-and-down shutters. All ceilings at normal height, without mansard
- All beds equipped with mattress, mattress overlay, pillow, pillow overlay, blanket(s) and bed spray. Beds must absolutely be equipped with bedsheets and one pillowcase per person to bring by your own or to order extra (see "SERVICES" below).
- Apartment is delivered cleaned, but you have to clean it by yourself as well during your stay as at departure: that service can be ordered extra (see "SERVICES" below)
- Standard equipment for 4 persons. You can order extra a folding bed 80 x 190 centimeters for a fifth person as well as a folding baby-bed and baby-chair. (see "SERVICES" below)
- Home pets accepted only after agreement and with extra charge (see "SERVICES" below)
- You can order also extra a good Stereo radio with CD player.
- Notice: you are located in a very quiet building, but right in city-center: the area becomes busy in the morning and turns quiet in the evening and on sundays
