GENERAL RENTAL TERMS
Model conforms to the recommendations of consumer's associations
APARTMENT STATUS
All apartments are at "PREFECTURE de STRASBOURG" as "Meublé de Tourisme" registered, in wich you can stay only for a fixed short time. The apartment can not become your permanent residence. Your stay is limited at indicated days and hours, without any possibility of change or lengthening (except gentle agreement). If rental price is not paid, even partly, your occupation right is immediately cancelled and the owner can lock the entrance after giving back your own goods and chattels. The owner has an unrestricted right, any time between 8 and 20 o'clock, to have a visit inside the apartment or to undertake any emergency maintenance or device repairs
NUMBER OF OCCUPIERS
The total number of occupiers (babies, children, adults, pets) has to be declared by booking. It is to ask for agreement before any not declared short-time visitor remains inside the apartment during your stay. Only the on booking form declared persons have a right to stay inside the apartment, except previous written agreement of the owner. The stay of a not declared visitor involves, as a penalty clause, either the payment of an amount of 20% of the whole rental price of the stay, or the immediate cancellation of the stay, without previous notice, the choice depending only of the willness of the owner. However, the total amount of the rental price of the whole stay remains due, as a penalty clause for damages
HOUSE LINEN
For each occupied bed, 2 bed-sheets and a pillow case are absolutely requested. Sleeping-bags and similar are considered as insufficient. All the house linen has to be afforded by occupiers, or to be rented extra (S.o "Services")
CLEANING
The cleaning of the apartment during the stay and by your departure has to be undertaken by yourself. The apartment is delivered clean and has to be leaved cleaned. However, you can order the cleaning to be undertaken after your departure (S.o "Services").
RENTAL PRICE
The indicated rental price applies only to the indicated dates and number of occupiers. The full rental amount has to be paid, only by cash, at least on the first day of rental period. Except other indication, electricity, tenant charges and taxes are included.
INSURANCE
The indicated rental amount does not include any insurance for the occupiers, especially not for :
- Your own civil liability (i.e: breakages, damages to the fixtures, a.s.o. …)
- Your own goods and chattels (luggage, bike, all goods or values remaining inside the flat, usw...)
- Cancellation of your stay, even by circumstances outside of one's control (i.e: illness, car-failure, family- or work-problem, strike, aborted mission, flight cancellation, a.s.o. …)
- Theft or disappearing of furniture, devices or values from the apartment, either own or rented

- Your vehicle or his contents, even when remaining inside the property, building, garage or apartment.
N.B.: Please check, if you are covered enough by your home, civil liability or work insurance for all above risks
BOOKING (except other indications)
If, by reception of your booking form, the wished apartment is no longer available, your account will be immediately returned by check in euros. Even if shorter, the stay will be charged by full seven days weeks. Apartment is available the first day at 15 o'clock and has to be free at last day at 10 a.m. o'clock. However, within these dates and time, you can arrive or leave at any time. Duration of stay is counted by number of nights. Without any information from you 48 hours after beginning of your stay, your booking is considered as cancelled: the apartment is considered as empty and free for another tenant. However, the total amount of the rental price of the whole stay remains due, as a penalty clause for damages
If the apartment, due to circumstances out of one's control, has become uninhabitable, out of your own responsability, the rental price would be refunded in percentage of inhabitability, increased by an outright amount of 25,- € per person. Short time failures of electricity, water, lift, heating or other appliances do not make the apartment inhabitable : they give only right to a refund between 5 to 25 % of the day rental price
HOME PETS
Are accepted only after previous agreement. Please give a phone call before booking. An extra fee of 25,- € for each started month will be charged, and the signature of a fixatures statement with safety deposit of 200,- € is required
DEPOSIT
Without any previous indication, a deposit of at most 200 euros, can be requested, confirmed and abstracted from the first account, as well as the signature of a fixatures statement and an inventory. Refund is paid by check in euros after return of all keys.
INFORMATION
After your booking, you will receive a written confirmation, with some touristic information, full explanations about your arrival and delivery of keys, and detailed inventory of the apartment
